Hey there. 👋 Nice to meet you. My name is Olivia and I'm a trained freelance journalist and photographer with specialties in travel, tourism and outdoor adventures. I've worked with several local outlets and frequently tell travel stories on My Wandering Voyage.
At the heart of it, I'm a storyteller. The mediums I use to tell stories include words, video and photographs. I began my career as a photojournalist over a decade ago and have worked in the media industry as a reporter, photographer and communications officer since then.
I graduated with honours in Journalism at Wilfrid Laurier University, earned a post-graduate diploma in Videography at Conestoga College and completed the Professional Photography course at New York Institute of Photography.
I run a travel blog, My Wandering Voyage, where I encourage millennials to explore the world adventurously. And I capture love stories through my wedding photography business, Wild Peach Photography.
